The Role

Providing IT support to our growing list of clients; this includes unifying their telephony requirements with VoIP technology and overseeing the implementation of modern and cyber secure IT solutions. Evolving legacy hardware into the Cloud is central to the role and cyber security will be pivotal.

You will be required to work closely with the sales team in order to provide our clients with the best IT solution and roadmap. For 3rd Line Engineers, client visits are essential and you must be confident to lead on these when required. Blue Click IT are growing and operate a busy service desk so you must also be a good all-rounder, willing and able to chip in if necessary.
