Neil founded the business in 2002 after working in the telecoms industry previously. His pet hate: untidy data cabinets.

Jo joined to manage the billing platform, before taking on the role of marketing manager. Her pet hate: not having enough time in the day!

Dave is our longest serving member, showing continued and unrivalled passion over the years. His pet hate: no milk in his coffee.

Julian is our Business Development Manager who specialises in cyber security and loves curing IT headaches. His pet hate: sitting in traffic.

Marie began in telesales and with her personable nature quickly progressed to account management. Her pet hate: noisy eaters in the office.

Leah loves talking to customers and we get the impression this is mutual. Her pet hate: incomplete data entry.

Jordan is our IT Service Desk Manager responsible for leading the IT team. He's a logical thinker and remains calm under pressure. His pet hate: he hasn't found one yet!

Andrew enjoys trouble shooting and getting jobs done. His pet hate: forgotten passwords.

Sully is our IT Apprentice who's learning about all things telecoms and IT. His pet hate: having to explain to people the origins of his unusual name.

Steve enjoys all things IT and configuring tech to the specific needs of each client. His pet hate: having to take rest days from the gym!

Xavier loves learning and he enjoys being exposed to new challenges. Pet hate: Any tea bags that are not Yorkshire tea!"

Joe enjoys the challenge of new technical solutions and resolving client issues. His pet hate: printer issues!

Our Billing & Finance Assistant manages the billing platform and accounts function. Her pet hate: being too busy to fit in an extra gym class.
