About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Line One Help Desk Engineer to join our growing IT support team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical assistance, logging incidents, and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
• Log, prioritise, and manage support tickets through to resolution or escalation
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist with Microsoft 365, Windows, and other common business applications
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication at all times
• Work collaboratively with other engineers and escalate complex issues when required

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in an IT help desk or service desk role (preferred but not essential)
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and basic networking
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A customer-first attitude with a genuine interest in technology
