We are now implementing remote working for our staff where possible. As all of our systems are cloud based this is an easy transition and some staff have already been working from home. You should not see any operational difference and you can contact us as normal. The office will be open on a skeleton-staff basis whilst observing social-distancing and other necessary precautions. We would like to wish all of our customers good health during this difficult time and we look forward to supporting each other.

The networks are extremely busy with increased voice and data traffic. You may experience a dip in call quality and slower broadband speeds; please monitor this and call us if your lines drop out completely.

At Hubtel and Blue Click we are taking every precaution available to us to protect ourselves against Covid-19 to ultimately ensure there is as little disruption to our service as possible. We are currently operating as usual but are mindful that this is a fluid situation. The increased demand for remote working is putting strain on the networks and we would ask all customers to bear with us while we continue to work under challenging circumstances.
