Taking to the skies for charity
Our charity skydive for Black Country Women’s Aid took place on 12 July, and what a great experience it was! First time skydivers Neil, Mike and Julian thoroughly loved the experience and have been blown away with the support from our generous donors and supporters. Keeping up to date with industry innovations
Neil, Marie and Jordan recently went to Dublin for DattoCon, Kaseya’s annual European conference. Kaseya is a worldclass supplier of software that’s designed to keep IT infrastructures secure. Their annual conference showcased new solutions and gave us the opportunity to meet with their technical experts in order to find out more about what their solutions can offer our customers.
Hot on the heels of DattoCon, Neil and Dave went to another great supplier event, this time from Pax8 who are a Cloud solutions leader. It was fantastic to meet with the experts at Pax8, as well as other Managed Service Providers who face the same challenges in the industry.
Attending these events is at the forefront of our agenda. It’s one of many things that we do to stay ahead of the curve and ultimately deliver best practices for our customers. And it’s always nice to see our name up in lights on the big screen!

We’ve recently welcomed Dylan to our technical department, who joins us as a level 2 IT engineer. If you’ve met or spoken to Dylan already you may have noticed that he’s not a local lad and is in fact from Devon.
For a bit more of a low-down on Dylan, head to our Meet the Team page to see what makes him tick!

Have you spotted any cyber security ads lately?
It seems that the message of IT and cyber security is becoming mainstream and reaching the general public, not just businesses with an IT infrastructure.
You’ve probably heard ads on the radio, but have you seen any in print? Neil spotted this advert on the train recently promoting online security. It’s worth sharing here as a reminder to ensure you remain vigilant – cyber crime is on the rise and becoming incredibly sophisticated.
