Remote working – increasing productivity and reducing absenteeism.

A recent study by Santander found that as a result of the imposed working from home guidelines, 25% of SMEs are planning to downsize their office space and encourage remote working as we come out of the pandemic.

This is a point of view shared by some of our customers whose early indications suggest remote working has worked well for them with an increase in productivity and reduced absenteeism. It goes without saying that in order to achieve this, your telephony and IT infrastructure needs to facilitate a collaborative approach whilst staff remain visible to colleagues and managers. There are a number of ways to maintain visible, from call reporting and recording to cloud based technologies that enable you to work collaboratively from anywhere with an internet connection.

If you’re looking to review your telephony and IT infrastructure, or learn more about our IT support Birmingham, then please get in touch with us. We’d be happy to hear from you and talk through your options.
